Two onsite Speech Language Pathologists are needed to join a dedicated school district just outside of Denton, TX, for a contract position from ASAP through May 26, 2027. This role offers the chance to provide expertise across K-12 campuses, with specific caseloads to be determined, fostering growth and inclusion for a diverse student body.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP role highly desirable
• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEP) and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of supervising SLPAs onsite, cultivating a collaborative, encouraging work environment
• Dedication to serving and advocating for students from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy for assigned K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
• Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
• Support, mentor, and supervise onsite SLPAs as needed
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic student care
