DescriptionMid-sized law firm with multiple locations in California is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Attorney. This role can be HYBRID REMOTE OR FULLY REMOTE, BUT THIS PERSON MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA. This role involves representing clients in subrogation matters. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience + a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefit.Responsibilities:• Represent clients effectively in subrogation and worker's compensation cases• Utilize civil litigation skills to handle legal matters• Draft and argue motions as part of the legal process• Exhibit strong analytical skills through thorough research and examination of cases• Provide high quality, cost-effective legal representation for clients• Manage a diverse community of clients, attorneys, and staff• Utilize subrogation claim knowledge in legal proceedings• Apply civil litigation experience to handle complex cases• Travel occasionally as required by cases or clients• Maintain good standing with the California State Bar.Requirements• Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction• Should have experience in Civil Litigation• Familiarity with Subrogation and Subrogation Claim is required• Should have a proven track record of Arguing Motions • Must be proficient in Drafting Motions• Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.Job typePerm
