Director of Operations

Director of OperationsAMS Impact Group is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and solutions-oriented Director of Operations to oversee the operational, compliance, facilities, and program functions necessary to ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated school operations.The Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight for operational systems that support students, staff, families, and school leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance requirements are met, facilities and vendor relationships are effectively managed, transportation and student programs operate smoothly, and internal processes are consistently followed across assigned operations.The Director of Operations serves as a key operational partner to school and network leadership, maintaining high standards of safety, organization, accountability, and operational excellence.
