About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Digital Enablement, a pivotal role focused on harnessing digital and AI capabilities to enhance the commercial launch functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy and product roadmap, with a strong emphasis on AI-first capability building. This includes defining and prioritizing AI use cases, ensuring that technology decisions align with commercial needs, and leading the organization in the adoption of AI tools. The role demands a leader who can operate with a product management discipline, has a deep understanding of the commercial technology ecosystem, and can effectively translate commercial strategy into technical requirements. Experience in commercial digital or commercial excellence, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine industries, is essential. Applicants for the Executive Director, Digital Enablement role at the company should hold a BA/BS degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree highly desired, and have a minimum of 15 years of industry-related experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial digital strategy, product management, and AI applications in business. Familiarity with commercial technology such as CRM, marketing automation, and data and analytics platforms is required, as is experience in U.S. vaccine or specialty biologics launches. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, vendor and platform governance, and a strong focus on data strategy and commercial performance reporting. The Executive Director will be a key enabler across various commercial teams, ensuring less friction, better intelligence, and more competitive leverage in the market.
