Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist Chemical Coating Technicians with preparing aerospace components for chemical conversion coating and related surface treatment processes.
• Load, unload, rack, and un-rack parts for processing.
• Clean, rinse, mask, and prepare components according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor chemical processing lines and assist with maintaining proper operating conditions.
• Perform visual inspections before and after processing to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Handle and transport materials safely throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Keep work areas, tanks, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production duties as assigned.
