Evening Shift PTA

Job Summary:

About the Role:

Evening Shift PTA is responsible for assisting Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, conducting patient evaluations and treatments, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress. As an integral member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs and goals
• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as prescribed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress, including treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share information, discuss patient progress, and develop treatment plans
