Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license and PEL required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of two years recent experience providing school-based speech-language pathology services
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy for students in a therapeutic day school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Conduct assessments and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with state and school guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
• Utilize digital platforms and resources to engage students and track outcomes
