Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 a year based on experience

Our client in Atco, NJ, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a busy, customer-facing retail environment. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity offering between $60,000-$65,000 a year based on experience. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with flexible start and end times.


Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations and maintain an organized, professional space
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
• Follow up with past clients to support repeat business
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (monitoring books, issuing checks, tracking transactions)
• Support general administrative and warehouse needs
• Work independently while staying aligned with business goals

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail setting
• Organized and able to manage schedules and multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and learn on the job
• Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on, adaptable approach
