Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator (HRA), HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus About isolved isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
