Overview Candidates should have at least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions, covering ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, Data Centers, esoteric, and consumer assets. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors, and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance transactions.
