We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash and Trade Proc Rep, Taiwan - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Rep) based in Taipei, Taiwan.

In this role, you're expected to:

• Inter Bank Remittance -domestic payment /return payment processing.
• Tax payment processing.
• Follow up pending items and resolve various issues. Handle customer/non-customer online service inquiries and offline investigation.
• Follow procedures and controls required.
• Provide feedback on project related activities.
• Conduct UAT/PROD testing if required.
• Support management for administrative functions.
• To perform sanction disposition.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
• Can work under High pressure, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Good teamwork spirit
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive working attitude.
• Detail oriented.
• Chinese typing/ English typing: 45 characters

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
