Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Location: Park Ridge, IL Industry: Education Pay Rate: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience A school district in Park Ridge, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a self-contained special education program. This full-time position provides the opportunity to work with students ranging in age from 3 to 22 years while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote student independence and success. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Caseload Self-contained special education program Approximately 18-25 students Ages 3-22 Qualifications Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license. Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Education Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
