Senior Sourcing Specialist We are hiring a Senior Sourcing Specialist to support a client in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The Role Talent Sourcers partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective, consultative sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market analysis, and a range of tools to find the best passive talent. As a Principal Sourcing Specialist, you will act as a subject‑matter expert, confidently partnering with senior stakeholders to understand complex hiring needs and deliver high‑quality candidate shortlists. Contract Length: 6‑month initial contract. Candidates must reside in Ohio, Georgia, Florida, or Texas. Salary Range (USD): $78,000 – $102,000. Key Accountabilities Act as a Trusted Adviser Partner with Recruiters to build strong working relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using internal and external talent intelligence resources. Provide subject‑matter expertise in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings with Hiring Managers. Advise on alternative sourcing solutions, such as niche skill hunting and geographic flexibility. Present clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates and support hiring decisions. Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine recruitment strategy based on candidate feedback and market insights. Attract, Source & Engage High‑Calibre Talent Design and post compelling, accurate job adverts that amplify the client brand. Execute targeted sourcing strategy using LinkedIn, social media, and other channels. Utilize data to measure and optimize sourcing success. Engage candidates professionally through email, LinkedIn, social media, and phone. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Advocate for diverse talent pools and bias‑free selection processes. Track progress and performance across all applicable systems. Value Candidate Experience Engage in honest, quality career discussions to assess suitability. Maintain constant communication, providing updates and timely follow‑ups. Build lasting relationships, turning candidates into client advocates. Skills & Requirements Proven experience meeting demanding targets in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment. Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment within pharmaceutical or life sciences settings. Full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle management for diverse roles. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including reporting and troubleshooting. Advanced Boolean search techniques to attract niche talent across multiple sourcing channels. Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines of qualified candidates. Data‑driven approach to track and optimize candidate conversion rates. Proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction skills. Strong proficiency with recruitment technology, databases, and digital sourcing tools. Ability to build, manage, and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels. Experience influencing stakeholder decisions throughout the hiring process.
