Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

We are currently seeking a  Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our warehouse, logistics, and production operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating moving pieces, solving problems, and working with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inbound materials and outbound shipments are scheduled efficiently, inventory information is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly between suppliers, carriers, production, and customers.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments by scheduling appointments with carriers, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Support production schedules by monitoring incoming materials, allocating paperboard, and coordinating inventory movement based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records , ensuring material receipts, inventory logs, and related documentation remain current.
• Communicate proactively across departments to ensure production, shipping, and receiving activities remain aligned and on schedule.
• Provide outstanding service to internal and external partners by responding professionally to questions, assisting truck drivers, resolving scheduling issues, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an administrative, clerical, logistics, or customer service role required.
• Manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business software applications required.

Pay:  Posted pay range represents a general starting range for this position. Actual pay offered will depend on factors including relevant skills and experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:  Primary work hours will coincide with day shift, 7 am-3 pm Monday-Friday. (May consider 8:00 am-4:00 pm) Some overtime may be required based on business need.
