Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the packaging, labeling, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Rate: $16.00/Hr
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm (Possible OT)
What's the Job?
- Opening boxes with items from vendors, primarily clothing and accessories
- Tagging and scanning items accurately
- Placing items into new boxes for shipment
- Labeling items with stickers and preparing them for delivery
- Loading pallets efficiently to ensure timely dispatch
What's Needed?
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes and pallets
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
