Executive Director, Global Talent Acquisition | San Diego HQ

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth priorities and long-term goals
- Partner with executive leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build multi-year hiring plans
- Provide labor market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent recommendations guiding enterprise decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team with performance metrics and accountability
- Design scalable operating models leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 16+ years talent acquisition or HR leadership experience, or Master's degree and 14+ years similar experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a global Talent Acquisition function with enterprise accountability
- Track record leading organizational transformation, scaling initiatives, acquisitions, or international expansion
- Expertise with AI-enabled recruiting technologies and workforce analytics platforms
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Board committees
- Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior management with strategic counsel
