As a Product Support Representative, you'll be at the center of the customer experienceconnecting with customers, uncovering opportunities, growing sales, and making sure they have the parts and solutions they need to keep their businesses moving. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who brings: 3+ years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, service technical support, or a related industry. Strong communication and people skills with the ability to connect with customers, build trust, and work effectively with internal teams. A problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and decision-making skills and the ability to find solutions that keep customers moving. Drive and initiative with the ability to work independently, manage an assigned territory, and stay focused on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first approach with the confidence to build lasting relationships through communication, negotiation, and solution-focused service. Technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn and use technology to support your customers and territory. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. A commitment to safe driving and the ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record while meeting Nextran Corporation's driver qualification and insurability requirements.
