Lead Real Estate Economist - Transit‑Oriented Development

STV

STV is seeking a Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join our Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team. You will lead complex market and feasibility analyses, manage multidisciplinary teams, and advise senior clients on development feasibility, zoning, and funding strategies. The role requires a Masters in economics or related field and 15–20 years of experience, with strong financial modeling and communication skills to deliver board-ready deliverables. #J-18808-Ljbffr STV
