About Us:

One You Love Homecare is a locally owned home care agency serving Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Erie, Broomfield, and Westminster. Our agency was founded by a pharmacist with more than 25 years of healthcare experience, so our caregivers have clinical guidance behind them on every visit. We are a small, owner-led team, which means you will be known by name and supported personally.

The Role:

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver for short visits of one to four hours with several clients in the Boulder area. We build your schedule around your availability and group your visits close to where you live, so you spend your time caring for clients rather than driving between them.

Responsibilities:

- Companionship, conversation, and engagement
- Medication reminders and assistance with daily routines
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Personal care as needed, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Errands, transportation, and accompanying clients to appointments
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly pay: $22–$25/hour
- Minimum pay of $25 for any visit under 2 hours

Requirements:

- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Smartphone for scheduling and clock-in/clock-out
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required
