Instructional Design Specialist

To support workforce development initiatives, the full-time remote Instructional Design Specialist will create engaging learning resources and multimedia products, collaborate with partners, and apply innovative instructional design principles to enhance career-focused education and training. Key responsibilities: Design and develop multimedia learning assets and performance support tools for workforce preparation and skill development Research and evaluate emerging learning tools and practices to continuously improve instructional materials Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine learning experiences and assess the effectiveness of learning products Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in developing digital learning resources and multimedia assets for adult learners Proficiency with design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and accessibility standards Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
