This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care and delivering meaningful results. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one-on-one 45‑minute appointments with evidence-based treatment to help patients achieve optimal function and long-term success. We have no aides, techs, or assistants. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and progressive exercise. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self‑management. Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver coordinated care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Oregon licensure). Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement assessment. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but not required. Manual therapy and exercise progression skills.
