About the job Chef de mission - Supervisor (San Francisco) ORCOM US is looking for an experienced accountant to join our branch in San Francisco. The supervisor will be responsible of a portfolio of clients in various business industries. Supervisory Responsibilities included: Managing a team of associates Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll. Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return. Complies with local, state, and federal government requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned We are looking for bright, self-motivated, and reliable individual that enjoy working with a variety of clients and are able to work as a team member and under deadline pressure. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a business related field CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required French speaker is a plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting Working experience with QuickBooks accounting software Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with a client service focus Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels with firm and client personnel Highly detail-orientated, organized and proactive Authorized to work in the U.S. with OR without sponsorship What We Offer Remote work available A comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental plans, a generous paid time off plan, and a competitive 401k Planfor US residents.
