The North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a Human Resources Specialist position effective Immediately. The Human Resources Specialist provides support to the HR Coordinator Talent Acquisition and Staffing and the department, working mainly with the recruitment, employment, onboarding process, and supplemental contracts and will successfully contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. The role also acts as a liaison and information conduit among the Central Administrative Offices, administrators, students, staff, parents, and/or the community.


The minimum requirement is an Associate's Degree or equivalent, preferred, and one to two years of experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

This is a full-time, 12-month position with a starting salary of $45,000 per year, depending on experience, and offers excellent benefits.
