Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services remotely. This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and goals.
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Implement and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Train and mentor staff on ABA best practices.
- Monitor client progress through accurate documentation and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable ethical standards.
- Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Active Arizona LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Experience Working With Children And Individuals With Developmental Disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Proficiency in behavioral assessment and data collection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements related to patient care.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized behavioral services.
