Vice President, Supply Chain Planning - Oklahoma City, OK

Focus:

• Create, execute, integrate and own end-to-end supply chain planning function (S&OP) for a manufacturer & distributor of market-leading products with ~20 sites across the U.S and Mexico and a high SKU / high velocity environment.
• Directly lead an organization across demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and purchasing. Need a strong leadership acumen to focus on team development and organizational alignment.
• Focused on driving integrated process, collaboration with customers and improving service metrics for a client that has made 12+ acquisitions in past few years and still growing!

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has IBP / SIOP process expertise / deep planning acumen
• PE industry exposure preferably in mid-size manufacturing companies
• Executive presence / board-level exposure and interaction
• Change management acumen & CI mindset
• Longer-term potential / upward trajectory
• 10-15 years of related experience
• BA/BS degree
