Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver — CDM Brands (Angela's Ice Cream & Iggy's Burger)
Based in Petaluma

CDM Brands is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to run product between our Petaluma production kitchen and our stores across Sonoma County and San Francisco. This is a physically demanding role. You'll be lifting, loading, and unloading product on every single route, often in cold conditions, so this job is best suited for someone who is strong, fit, and comfortable with repetitive physical labor.

What you'll do

• Load and unload ice cream, burger product, and supplies at each stop, by hand
• Lift and carry boxes, totes, and containers that can weigh up to 50 pounds regularly, sometimes more
• Drive multi stop delivery routes between Petaluma and store locations across Sonoma County and SF
• Handle frozen and refrigerated product quickly and safely to maintain quality during transport
• Complete delivery logs, confirm order accuracy at each stop, and communicate any issues immediately
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Follow proper lifting technique and safety protocols at all times

Physical requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with occasional heavier loads
• Ability to stand, bend, climb in and out of a vehicle, and move quickly throughout a full shift
• Comfortable working in walk in coolers and freezers for periods of time
• Stamina for a physically active, on your feet, multi stop route schedule

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Prior delivery, warehouse, or physical labor experience preferred
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with stores and dispatch
