This specialized healthcare facility provides comprehensive nursing and support services to individuals with complex care needs in a highly regulated residential clinical environment. The organization prioritizes safety, structure, and continuity of care while promoting dignity, stability, and overall well-being for its residents. Care teams work collaboratively, and experienced nursing professionals are valued for their judgment, adaptability, and commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Registered Nurses are needed to provide direct patient care within a structured residential clinical setting. This role involves performing complex nursing functions, supporting comprehensive assessment and treatment, and exercising independent clinical judgment under general supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in documentation standards, and comfortable caring for individuals who require specialized support.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a compact state. Nursing experience required; two years preferred. Minimum of six months RN experience preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Start Date: ASAP. Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Evenings).
