Customer Service Associate (Healthcare) Location: Tempe, AZ (In-Person) Pay: $20/hour Full-Time: 40 hours/week Contract: 4 months, with possibility of extension or conversion We’re hiring CSR to support one of our clients in Tempe ! In this role, you’ll help patients nationwide by phone with appointment scheduling and other healthcare-related requests. You’ll also process requests, route tasks to the appropriate teams, and help connect patients with the right medical resources. What you’ll do: Assist patients by phone with scheduling and general requests Process and route healthcare-related requests Follow established procedures, templates, and routing guidelines Work withMedical systems Help connect patients with the appropriate medical resources Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required! Strong customer service and communication skills are required. Training Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Training attendance is critical. Candidates must be available for the entire 3-week training period without missing scheduled days . Possible Shifts Most schedules are Monday-Friday , with start times ranging from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM . Later schedules are also available: 11:00 AM-7:30 PM | Sunday-Thursday / 11:00 AM-7:30 PM | Tuesday-Saturday Important: Shifts are assigned based on business needs, so flexibility with the available schedules is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pride Global
