Capital Health Medical Center–Hopewell invites a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our high-performing, collaborative team of seven physicians serving the vibrant Princeton-Mercer regions. At Capital Health, you'll practice cutting edge neonatal medicine in a supportive environment that values innovation, mentorship, and physician leadership.

• 30-bed Level III NICU within a designated regional perinatal center
• Average daily census of 13 patients
• Approximately 3,700 deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
• Advanced therapies include:
• High Frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
• Inhaled nitric oxide
• Therapeutic hypothermia

Flexible & Sustainable Scheduling

• Combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts, with home call overnight
• Built to support long-term career satisfaction

Academic & Teaching Engagement

• Opportunity to teach Family Practice and Ob/GYN residents, as well as observational students
• Contribute to a culture of teaching, mentorship, and continuous learning
