• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and feedback thoroughly in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
