Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant

Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant Full-time Also looking for nationwide. A Dynamics NAV Implementation Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft’s NAV solution. The consultant will have deep functional skills in Dynamics NAV used to perform tasks such as business requirements analysis, gap analysis, and the development of data conversion and testing strategies. The role also includes project management responsibilities for smaller clients and projects and requires strong problem‑solving skills. Consultants will be assigned to project teams based on the required skills and experience for the implementation. Most of the time will be spent on detailed project tasks, with a small portion on project management and client interaction. Non‑client time will be dedicated to personal training, internal projects, and administrative tasks. Consulting work is primarily performed at client sites, with approximately 50% overnight travel and additional daily driving as needed. Mileage and out‑of‑town travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy. Responsibilities Perform business requirements analysis and design Perform gap analysis between NAV functionality and client requirements Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work‑arounds to meet client requirements Document functional requirements and software designs Train users on new processes and NAV Develop data conversion and testing strategies Manage individual budget and scope of work Perform Dynamics NAV functionality demonstrations Education, Certifications, and Experience Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US 4‑year degree in business, accounting, MIS or equivalent; CPA is a plus Experience with Manufacturing or Food Production preferred; Master certifications highly desirable Minimum 2 years of functional expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV required Minimum of 2 complete implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred Experience with core business processes such as accounting, distribution and manufacturing required Experience with other Dynamics solutions (Great Plains, Solomon, CRM) a plus Experience implementing other Tier1 ERP solutions (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IFS) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Regal Executive Search
