Role Overview
The Associate Product Manager at Exeltis aids in the development and execution of health care professional and patient/consumer marketing tactical plans in line with individual brand strategies and objectives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal teams (i.e. Sales Team, Sales Operations, Regulatory, Medical, and Legal), as well as external partners/agencies, in order to successfully achieve product-specific marketing objectives. Reports to the Senior Product Manager.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Assists in the innovation, execution, and oversight of new marketing tools and strategies in order to help the company achieve organizational goals.
Supports the Market research process to develop HCP/patient/consumer insights, including translating findings into brand strategy and annual marketing plans.
Monitors promotional material development with creative agencies, review with the promotional review committee, and distribution to the sales force.
Supports the process for reviewing promotional materials with the promotional review committee consisting of Legal, Medical, and Regulatory partners.
Marketing budget ownership, including forecasting, approvals, spend prioritization, variance management, and reallocations along with tracking of POs, invoices, and actuals.
Collaborates with digital marketing agencies and third-party consultants to increase brand awareness across digital platforms (social media, Google), gather influencers to advocate for the brand, and support implementation of consumer-facing telemedicine services.
Serves as liaison for communications with the sales team regarding marketing-related inquiries, including gathering competitive intelligence.
Helps plan meetings and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; and developing schedules and assignments.
Liaises with the sales team on marketing material dissemination and supports speaker program/tradeshow coordination.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Assists with marketing training for new hires and during new product launches.
Assists with inter-department project management and organization leading up to important company meetings/events (i.e. National Sales Meeting/Product Launch meetings).

Requirements and personal skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing or a relevant field.
Languages: Ability to read and interpret comprehensive and intricate research documents. Ability to work with executives and communicate appropriate processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Experience (years/area): 2+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare marketing or a related industry. Women's Health experience is a plus but not required.
Specific Knowledge: Excellence in analytic skills (qualitative and quantitative), strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Working understanding of regulatory processes.
Travel: 10–20% of total time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
