Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with hands-on construction industry accounting experience and QuickBooks Online experience to manage the company’s financial operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support the CEO with day-to-day accounting operations Process A/P and A/R transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness & compliance w/company policy Process payroll through ADP Oversee banking operations Assist with month end & year end closing Collaborate with our accounting firm on financial statements Qualifications 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in the construction industry. 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online 2 years of payroll experience with ADP or similar Preferred experience in job costing Excellent organizational skills Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation after 1st year Paid sick time Monthly allowance for health insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
