Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a temporary receptionist. This role is temporary with an initial duration of one month. This could end up being a long term opportunity for the right person. This role is located in the financial district of San Francisco and is offering $24 to $26 per hour. This is an in-office role and requires availability from Monday - Friday during business hours.
The receptionist role is focused on front-office reception duties, which includes greeting guests in a professional manner, and screening and transferring calls. This is a large office, so comfort using a directory to appropriately transfer calls is required.
The dress code for this role is business casual. Prior law firm experience or other professional services experience is preferred.
