The Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Space Experience Consultant — a seasoned sales professional who understands how to guide high-achieving individuals through a considered, values-driven purchase decision. This is not a transactional role. Our clients are executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators who have earned their success and are now seeking their next defining chapter. Your job is to understand them deeply, match them to the right experience, and earn their trust. You will manage inbound, pre-qualified leads generated through our paid media, PR, referral, and organic channels. Every prospect has already expressed genuine interest — your role is to convert that curiosity into commitment through consultative, high-integrity conversations. What You Will Do Conduct Mission Discovery Calls with pre-qualified, inbound prospects using a structured diagnostic framework to uncover their goals, motivations, and readiness Guide prospects through Orbite Space's experience tiers and help them identify the program that aligns with their personal mission Secure deposits and advance commitments on the first call where possible; schedule and execute follow-up consultations within 48–72 hours when needed Manage your pipeline with precision inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — tracking every lead, tagging appropriately, and maintaining clean CRM hygiene Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to refine messaging, improve conversion, and share field insights Represent the Orbite Space brand with the same level of excellence our clients expect from the experience itself Who You Are You are a proven luxury or premium sales professional with a track record of closing high-consideration, high-investment decisions. You are comfortable in a conversation with a CEO, an investor, or a decorated explorer — not because you are performing, but because you genuinely connect with people at that level. You are consultative, not pushy. You listen more than you talk. You understand that the best close is a natural conclusion to a great conversation, and you have the emotional intelligence to know the difference between a prospect who needs more time and one who is ready to move. You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in premium or luxury sales — whether in high-end travel, private aviation, luxury real estate, wealth management, elite coaching, or a comparable consultative sales environment A demonstrated ability to close investments of $25,000 and above Familiarity with CRM-driven sales workflows (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage) Exceptional verbal communication — you are articulate, warm, and credible on a call A genuine curiosity about space, exploration, and human potential (this matters — our clients will feel it) Self-discipline and the drive to perform in a commission-forward structure #J-18808-Ljbffr Orbite
