PrideStaff, on behalf of our client, is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced aircraft parts company. This role is responsible for managing inbound/outbound inventory, order fulfillment, and stock organization.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; pick, pack, and label outgoing orders accurately.
- Process daily shipments using FedEx, UPS, and DHL modules.
- Utilize Quantum Control software to track stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and conduct counts.
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory.
- Maintain safe, organized stock areas and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in aviation/aircraft parts distribution.
- Must have hands-on proficiency with Quantum Control software.
- 3+ years in shipping and receiving operations.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and solid time-management skills.
