Metropolitan Pediatrics is looking for dedicated pediatricians to join our team and continue shaping the future of pediatric care here in Oregon. We believe that caring for kids is more than a profession—it's our calling. And we are dedicated to investing our resources and leadership to enhance the primary care experience for you, and for kids and their families.
With Metro, you'll join a progressive, physician-led group in a 5-star medical home that's as committed to your well-being as you are to the kids you serve. We're looking for passionate pediatricians wanting to make a positive difference for the kids and families we serve.

In addition to market expansion into the surrounding Portland metro region, some pediatricians on our legacy team are retiring. We're welcoming the next generation of pediatric leaders who want to make an impact in a thriving, private practice setting.
Pediatrician Positions Available Now and in the Near Future
We're actively recruiting board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians who share our values and vision. You'll join us as a primary care provider, taking on important call and newborn rounding responsibilities. We believe in strong support, so every new physician enjoys a dedicated mentor for at least two years, all within our highly collaborative environment. Plus, you'll have wonderful opportunities to explore and develop your special areas of interest in your practice.
- Locations: Multiple clinics throughout the Portland metro area, including Beaverton, Tigard, NW Portland, Gresham, and Happy Valley
- Start Dates: Rolling hires available through 2026
