Full‑time position supporting the clinical‑administrative operations of non‑invasive cardiology. Duties include scheduling, check‑in, and registration assistance for patients coming for pacemaker services, echocardiograms, vascular studies, stress testing, and EKGs. Answer office phones professionally and assist callers with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries. Efficiently check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details. Assist patients during the checkout process, provide guidance on referral processing, and help schedule future appointments. Minimum Education GED or high school diploma, required. Associate’s degree, preferred. Minimum Qualifications At least one year of work experience, required. Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or related field highly preferred. Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship. Compensation Pay range: $18.00 – $24.44 per hour.
