Quantum Auto Sales is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a positive dealership experience.

Responsibilities

✅ Greet customers as they arrive

✅ Answer and direct incoming phone calls

✅ Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department

✅ Maintain a clean and organized reception area

✅ Assist management and sales staff with administrative tasks

✅ Enter and update customer information in dealership systems

✅ Schedule appointments when needed

✅ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents

✅ Support daily dealership operations as assigned

Qualifications

✔ Customer service experience preferred

✔ Professional appearance and communication skills

✔ Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office)

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
