Summary

Our team develops innovative digital and automation solutions to optimize industry operations. We are looking for a Project Manager to support our execution team on that mission.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for the execution of integrated projects with automation and digitalization focus for customers in the metals production business
• This is a customer facing role that works closely with our internal project team and stakeholders to ensure execution resulting in highest customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong execution capabilities and problem solving skills with a passion for sustainable metals production
• Deliver customer projects within budget, scope, timeline and quality
• Apply strong project management methodologies to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery
• Carry our special projects and other tasks as required
• Facilitate project alignment meetings and progress reviews
• Leverage knowledge of automation/digitalization and a passion for sustainable metals production to drive innovation

What you'll need

• A bachelor or masters degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Metallurgy or equivalent background
• 3-5 years of experience in the metals industry preferred
• Highly distinct drive to deliver customer projects within budget, scope, timeline and quality
• Proven expertise in Project Management and its respective tools
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Basic understanding of automation and software systems
• Background in metals production is of advantage
