Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and managing SaaS/cloud-based implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking over active or in-flight projects, driving them through completion, and managing enterprise-level Monday.com implementations or similar work management platforms.


Required Skills:
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology projects
• Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based platform implementations
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar work management tools
• Proven experience taking over in-flight projects and successfully driving them to completion
• Strong expertise in scope management, schedule management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and project governance
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities
• Proficiency in project planning, reporting, status tracking, and documentation management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage an enterprise-level Monday.com implementation from planning through deployment and stabilization
• Assume ownership of active project scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate business stakeholders, product teams, technical resources, vendors, and leadership teams
• Monitor project health, manage risks/issues, and provide executive-level status reporting
• Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and delivery checkpoints
• Ensure successful project execution, knowledge transfer, and long-term operational sustainability
