5+ years of scrum master.
Expertise in SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, SAFe,
Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Strong communication skills
Certified Professional Scrum Master preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Guide the team in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence
Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint commitments
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage xhyhwjd and prioritize the product backlog
Track and report team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement within the team.
