Progression throghot the Tx Preprer/ccontnt's tenre shol be evient in terms of work proct clrity, efficiency, n nerstning. It is typiclly expecte for Tx Preprer/ccontnt to progress to the position of Tx ccontnt II within twelve fll-time months; however, sch promotion is sbject to mngement's iscretion.
