s this position generlly reqires reltively low level of relevnt experience, it is expecte tht the Tx Preprer/ccontnt will focs his/her efforts on gining on-the-job experience, ttening ectionl seminrs (both internlly n externlly), n isplying n overll esire to lern n grow professionlly. Progression throghot the Tx Preprer/ccontnt's tenre shol be evient in terms of work proct clrity, efficiency, n nerstning. It is typiclly expecte for Tx Preprer/ccontnt to progress to the position of Tx ccontnt II within twelve fll-time months; however, sch promotion is sbject to mngement's iscretion. Similrly, the Tx Preprer/ccontnt is expecte to inform relevnt stff members when frther ection is necessry, or when forml trining shol be soght. The Tx Preprer/ccontnt shol evelop n nerstning of the vrios softwre pckges tilize by istinct Tx Conslting Grop within his/her first three months of employment, bse on internl n externl trining sessions n ongoing experience. Over the corse of his/her tenre, it is nticipte tht the Tx Preprer/ccontnt will tke prt in twenty to twenty-five client enggements, excling bsy seson.
