About the role:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading all warehouse and material handling activities planning, execution, and closeout phases. This role ensures timely receipt, staging, tracking, preservation, issuance and reconciliation of turnaround materials, tools, equipment, and contractor-supplied inventory to support safe and efficient execution. The Warehouse Lead coordinates closely with planners, procurement, contractors, operations, maintenance and logistics personnel to ensure materials are available when needed while maintaining strict inventory control, housekeeping and safety compliance in a high-tempo environment (Proficient in SAP, requires TWIC) .

Job type : Full-time; temporary (3 months)

Schedule : Sunday to Saturday: 6am - 6pm (7 days/week; 12 hour shifts)

Pay : $40-44 per hour

Location : Kapolei

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
• Lead daily warehouse and laydown yard operations
• Supervise warehouse technicians, material coordinators, forklift operators
• Ensure efficient receiving, staging, issuing, and return of materials and equipment
• Coordinate material flow between warehouse, laydown yards, and field execution
• Manage shift turnover communications and daily work prioritization
Material Coordination
• Verify receipt of materials against purchase orders and packing lists
• Ensure materials are properly identified, tagged, preserved, and stored
• Track critical path materials and escalate shortages or delivery delays
• Coordinate just-in-time delivery strategies to minimize congestion and storage
• Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking records in SAP
Support
• Support readiness activities prior to execution; planning and logistics
• Coordinate kitting and staging of work packages for maintenance and crews
• Ensure emergency and rush material requests are handled efficiently
• Support demobilization and inventory reconciliation after turnaround completion
Safety and Compliance
• Enforce safety rules, warehouse procedures, and safety expectations
• Ensure compliance with environmental and housekeeping standards
• Verify proper rigging, lifting, and forklift operations within warehouse and laydown
areas
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation as
required

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 10 years in petrochemical, or industrial warehouse experience

• SAP knowledge

• Requires TWIC card
• Experience leading warehouse or materials personnel in a heavy industrial
