Registered Nurse/DON/Manager
Overview:
We are currently looking for dynamic, detail-oriented individuals to come join our fast growing team. Our goal is to create a great atmosphere for our clients and caregivers. We are seeking registered nurses to manage client cases, act as family liaison, ensure care plans are up to date, open new cases on a per diem basis etc.
We are a new vibrant homecare agency, and we are looking for Registered Nurse / DON to manage our cases, open cases and conduct client home assessments on a per diem basis.
