Partner closely with the Clinical Director to assess client eligibility and suitability for our hospice services. Coordinate care and serve as a source of comfort and support for patients, ensuring their comfort and quality of life remain paramount. Deliver nursing care rooted in proven principles and techniques, helping ease pain and bring solace to those under our care. Educate and advocate for patients and families, encouraging active participation in personalized care plans. Share call duties, being present when it matters most. Qualifications Hold a current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse. Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting (hospice experience a plus). Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including EMR background. Current CPR certification if required by state. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Compensation $41.00 - $46.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range is a general guideline; final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
