Job Summary Dispatcher – Supports department managers to provide operations supervision of ABM associates. Pay: $24.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Schedules work to be complete with residents Relays information to workers and keeps careful records of services and transactions. Requirements Minimum of GED or High School diploma Strong proficiency with computers: knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must Excellent oral and written communications skills Knowledge of maintenance issues and the methods of resolution. Experience as a maintenance technician is a plus. Organizational and clerical skills.
