Position Overview Summer Special Education Educator Location: Wellesley, MA Position Type: Full-Time, Summer Contract We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Education Educators to support students with diverse learning needs during a summer educational program. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed educators who are passionate about helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success in a structured and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students receiving special education services and be committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom experience. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction to students with individualized learning needs. Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom accommodations. Create engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and participation. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success.
