Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare services organization in Tempe, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a call center environment
• Respond to questions regarding healthcare and pharmacy-related services, including prior authorizations and general account inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in multiple systems
• Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive customer information
• Research and resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously during customer interactions
• Perform follow-up calls as needed

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to accurately enter and update information while speaking with customers
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Stable work history with demonstrated job tenure

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
