RESPONSIBILITIES Advise clients on life insurance options that fit their needs and goals Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services Actively prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, cold calls, and marketing campaigns Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewals Present and explain policy options in a clear and engaging way Follow up on leads and close sales Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Qualifications Knowledge of life insurance products and services. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed Ability to obtain or currently hold a state insurance license (Life, Health, Property & Casualty) Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon the start of employment.
